Christmas Sling!

Chad had a little mishap on Tuesday and I ended up rushing him to the clinic for x-rays. They cannot find a fracture (even had the specialist look at the x-rays) so they think he tore a tendon in his bicep. So......he is in a sling for awhile. The kids and I have been doing the cattle chores and it is driving him nuts to just sit still and watch. I have feeling I will be taking him back in next week because it doesn't seem to be getting better at all and he is still in quite a bit of pain. Oh well, it could have been much worse!

Oh I'm so sorry. I know what you mean, it is driving Mickey nuts because he can't do all he's use to doing. That is very hard on men.

What a bummer for that to happen and on Christmas. Hope he begins feeling better quickly.

Ow! Hope he recovers soon. Have you noticed injuries take a lot longer to heal now that you are over 40? Let's hope that's not the case for him!

Sorry to read of your husband's mishap. Yeah, its difficult for a farmer to WATCH others do his work. God bless him with a speedy recovery.

So sorry Chad had the mishap! Men just don't take well to sitting back and others doing the work do they? Mine sure doesn't either. Liked your meme. Learned lots more about you guys and that's one of the fun parts of blogging! Take care! Happy New Year!
