Recent Purchase

Wooohoo....I have and Ipod! I bought it on Ebay. Am I really stepping into the 2000's or what??!! Ebay and Ipod!! My son had to help me get it set up since I am "technologically challenged" as I have mentioned in previous posts but am getting better at this whole computer thing. Do any of you have Ipod's and if you do...when do you use it the most? I bought mine to listen to in the tractor and while walking on the treadmill.

I have an MP3 and listen to mine on the road when I am tired of listening to the kids' movies playing in the DVD player. Wow Chris, you are really moving along now!!! Do you like it?

I just told Jeff I either want an MP3 player or Ipod for Christmas this year! I want to use it when I'm out walking.

I have no idea how either one of them works but I guess I'll let Jeff figure it out and go from there...he he :)!! Have fun with you new Ipod :)!

Have a GREAT weekend!

I just got the new Ipod nano. It's sooooo tiny - smaller than my credit cards. I use mine for my car. I have tons and tons of cd's that I transfered. I also have tons of photos and movies so Alex can watch when we're shopping, etc.

I'm in love with my Ipod. I use it all the time when I'm working out. Just this morning at 5:45 am I was thinking to myself, what in the heck did I do with out this thing?!?!
My ipod is also a video ipod...but I haven't ventured into the video part of it yet.

I'm listening to my iPod right now at work! lol On Friday's I don't have to make outgoing calls so I use that time to tune out my co-workers.

I use mine when I'm walking. I also have an alarm clock docking station on my night stand so at night I can just press play & fall asleep while listening to it. Last Xmas my husband also bought me a KICK ASS portable/boom box style docking station for my iPod & I use that on the weekend while cleaning house. We also take it camping w/us and things like that. Since I don't have to carry CD's anymore it was very well worth the $$.

Congrats on your purchase!

I love my Ipod when I travel. It's great on the airplane, it puts me right to sleep. Yep, you've joined the new age of technology!

I agree about the MRI, if you knew you could get out if you wanted to it would make a big difference. Mom and I went out today to see what kind of helmet I would be wearing in the open MRI for my brain scan on Monday. It doesn't look too bad, I think I can do it but I will be way in under the MRI not like when I had my knee done and my head was out. Pray for me on Monday at 8:15 EST!!!!! Thanks!!

I haven't gotten one yet, an iPod that is. I think I need one, but I'm not sure when I'd use it.

I don't have one because I'm always close to a radio/cd player being at home. My treadmill is in the basement so I have a radio down there.

Have fun with yours!

I got an iPod last summer and I absolutely love it! Enjoy yours. Once you have one, you'll wonder how you ever survived so long without it! :)

Well good for you! I haven't taken that big step yet!

My friend Patti, whom I post about frequently due to her bout with breast cancer, etc. bought one before her mastectomy and jamb packed it full of uplifting, inspirational music for her to listen to during her chemo treatments.

I would have to get my son to help me if I get brave enough to purchase one for myself! LOL

The only reason I dont have one is because Im not sure I would ever use it..Im sooo jealous!

I barely figured out how to use my digital camera, I don't think I want to take the time to figure out how to use something like that too. Elijah has a Zune, he loves it.

I'm not an iPod person and don't plan to be. I can't see that small to find the right buttons to push to program the thing so it would probably sit in a box for years while I waited for help. But it would be nice to be able to listen to music when Im schooling horses.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Ipod. I don't know how to put music on it (my husband does that for me...I'm such a dork) and my 6 year old knows how to use it better than I do. If I have any questions, I usually ask him!!! I've put kids music on it so he can listen to it while we're grocery shopping or killing time at swimming lessons! You go girl!!

My hubby bought me an iPod shuffle for my birthday, and I didn't even know I wanted one!
Now, I take it everywhere I go!! I love Podcasts, and listening to the music I loved growing up. I listen while I drive, while I walk, and when I don't want to be disturbed. I even listen to it while I'm blog reading. :) Like, now!
