Mmmmm!

Remember Her...... Jeremy took over for me tonight and I FINALLY cooked a meal....cornbread and chili with fresh ground hamburger from none other than the cow I posted about. For those of you that didn't see that post you can go here to read about her.
She was VERY tasty!

Sounds good. You did not have all that cow ground up in hamburger did you? Well enjoy.

You're so lucky to have a break from the field. I had mom drive for me so Trevor and I could drive the kids around for Halloween. The last place we stopped was at the farm to show them their costumes. Trevor ended up talking to Shane for a LONG time...so I was still stuck at the farm anyways. UGH!

I can't believe you posted the word MMMMM! with that photo! LOL

Glad the meat was good and even "gladder" you got out of the field for a bit!

It's so nice you got a break. Chili sounds good. Might cook some up the first of the week when it's supposed to get a bit colder. Glad that cow tastes good!

We had chili last night too! Now seeing that picture again, I don't know that I am hungry for leftovers. :)

Wow that was quick. Just the other day you were butchering her and now you are eating her. LOL. I always thought it would be a much longer process than that.

I love cornbread and chili. People around here think I'm strange because I don't think you can have one without the other. Yummy!

How many pounds of ground beef did you get from her?

Holy shit! Wow. Uhh. Wow is all I can say! lol I considered showing my kids the other pictures b/c we were just talking about how cows are turned into people food but I think that would scare them. lol

One question for you, what do you guys do w/all the guts & stuff?
