It has been hot, hot, hot.....and humid, humid, humid!
We cleaned a bin out yesterday and it was so miserable....almost unbearable!
This time of the year with the heat and the humidity here in SD, we usually end up with some pretty bad storms with hail, tornadoes and wind. We have been lucky so far and are hoping the crops make it though with no damage again this year.

And, yes, I hold my breath every time severe weather is in the forecast.

Busy, busy there as always! I think it is that way all the time! I keep thinking it will slow down. And Summer is almost over, they start school here 8/25th! Crazy, I didn't even make a dent in all the things I was going to do this summer!

I hope your crops survive without any major damage. We had some weather come through this morning. Lots of dark clouds and rain.

We get a rain and then it is that much more humid.

The corn looks good here after the spring we had.
I bought some sweet corn at a local farmers market, it was sooooo good.

I'm tird of this humidity too.
I know I shouldn't even say this...even though I love summer....I'm looking foward to more fall like weather.
Can't say I miss that kind of weather. Yuck!!
