Back to School

I can't believe I sent my daughter off today as a Junior in High School....Yikes....I can't believe my baby is a junior already. Here she is with her friend Tayler.

It was strange just sending one kid off to school.

Jeremy moves into his dorm on Sunday and starts school next Tuesday. Big changes here in the next few weeks.

My head is still spining over the idea that my baby is a second grader - I'll need some serious help by the time he's a junior!

Yikes, I'm so not looking forward to sending mine off to College. I'm freaking out that he's going into 7th grade! Big changes are coming your way.

You're handling it so well. I'm having issues just knowing my baby will soon be 21 months - LOL!!!

They're both such cuties.

You will certainly have some adjusting to do mom, but embrace it. The circle of life, yadda, yadda, yadda. NO matter what anyone says, it doesn't make it any easier! lol

She is just beautiful!

I took my baby girl to 1st grade today! What in the world, she can't be that old! She is growing up too fast!

Staci sent Gannon off last Friday. It ended up not being as hard on her as she thought it would be. I wonder how you will do with Jeremy.

I can't believe school has started already. We don't start until after Labor Day here---wish it were sooner so they could get out earlier.

Enjoy your last two years!

My "baby" is a sophomore this year and I can't believe it, either. How in the world did they grow up so fast?! I ask myself that all the time!

She is so beautiful. Another blondie like my own. My baby is a senior this year and already the time is going fast.

Although my girls just started 1st & 5th I know it won't be long before they're heading off to college, too. *sobbing*

I remember it like today, watching our son drive down the lane as he headed off the year he finished high school - and me standing at the kitchen window, bawling. It's such a big change after 18 years, isn't it? I don't mean to make it worse but I just had to share and tell you that I'll be thinking of you next week and all through September. On a farm too a son is missed even more. When Darrin went away I suddenly learned to drive the forage harvester and had to take on some of his roles. Memories!! Sending hugs and prayers for all of you!
