Bonfire

Finally...we got to have a bonfire! Saturday night we got together with some friends (thanks Laurie for inviting us) and sat around the fire. We had a great time making S'mores and enjoying each others company . Ahhh, the joys of summer! (Thanks for the motivation Amy)

Me AGAIN!! I just saw your comment on my Mother post. I truly don't think we can appreciate our mothers until we become one and experience what motherhood is all about. I was such a "daddy's girl" and my mother was very strick. I didn't realize until I was grown that it was her very love that forced her to be "strick" to compensate for my over attentive father (due to his advance age when I was born!) Then I began to really appreciate the part my mother played in helping make me who I am today.
Appreciate you!

We had one Sunday night too. It was such a beautiful night that it was hard to go inside to go to bed.
