Wheat Harvest

We finally got the wheat harvested last week. It was HOT, HOT and HOT last week while harvesting!
Al in the combine.....

My outfit (Jeremy ran it for me some)....

Jeremy hauled the wheat to town.....

and Chad was baling the straw right behind us.

So...the wheat is all harvested and the straw is all baled up!
Good feeling!

We love to sit back and watch the tractors. Have about 12 acres that we lease out and receive crop dividends. All our neighbors lease to the same guy, so he's in the area for a while. Hubby has always wanted to run a big rig and ride the fields for hours. Maybe some day he will get the nerve to ask.

I would say for sure you guys are farmers!
